The Ayers Creek Bridge on North Valley road is now open to the public.
It is a one lane bridge with a 5 mph speed limit and it is posted at 30 tons weight limit. This bridge is also slippery when wet - please use extreme caution. If you have any questions please call 503-434-7515.

BOARD ADOPTS NEW VESTED RIGHTS ORDINANCE
The Board of Commissioners adopted a new county ordinance to determine whether a Measure 37 claimant is "vested" for purposes of Measure 49. The new ordinance, Ordinance No. 823, goes into effect December 21, 2007.
