Thousands line the streets of downtown Portland in anticipation of the largest single-day spectator event in Oregon.
The Rose Festival One More Time Around Again Marching Band presented by Standard TV & Appliance comprises approximately 500 marching band veterans from age 18 to 88. Band members come from as far away as California, Florida, Ohio, Pennsylvania -- and even Japan and New Zealand -- to perform with the group. Listen for their performances at both the Starlight and Grand Floral parades!
